- What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping on orders over $49.99 is free The free shipping policy is limited to destinations within the U.S.
- How much is shipping on orders below $49.99?
Standard Shipping is $4.90 within the U.S. (USPS First Class Package)
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout and it varies based on destination. (USPS International First Class Package)
- How do I know if my order has been sent?
When your order ships from our warehouse we send you a confirmation email. Tracking information is included for all domestic orders. Tracking information for international orders will only be included if you have opted for Tracked & Signed Shipping. You can also reach out to info@thebeardengineer.com for more information regarding the status of your order.
- How quickly do you ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to ship after placing your order. Holiday seasons and busy times may present a delay; however we aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, and we email shipping confirmation when sent from our warehouse.
- Can I return products?
Yes, please contact us before returning any products. We accept returns or exchanges of any sealed or defective products by mail within 30 days of purchase, and you will be refunded via the original form of payment. Store credit only will be offered for returned unsealed merchandise.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Google Pay, and PayPal.

- I just started growing a beard. What do I do when it gets itchy?
Our growth oil will moisturize your skin and relieve itching significantly, depending on your level of sensitivity. Stay away from chemical-based products because they remove the natural oils from your face and can cause dryness and irritation.
- How should I apply beard oil?
Beard oil is applied by pouring it from the dropper onto your palms and rubbing it throughout your beard, making sure you are moisturizing your hair follicles as well as the skin beneath. The amount should be based on preference: thicker beards typically require more.
- How should I apply derma roller?
After making sure your beard is clean, you can use the derma roller to apply pressure to your skin and focus on the areas with less hair. Applying the derma roller in different patterns is good practice to make sure that your are opening canals to let collagen follow.
- My beard is getting out of control and difficult to maintain. What should I do?
Once your beard starts taking on a personality of its own the most important thing to have is a brush or a comb that works for you. Different styles of beards acclimate to different brushes or combs and there may be some trial and error before finding the tool best for you. It’s also important to use a brush or comb that won’t pull out too many hairs. Boar bristles are good for thicker beards, and combs for thinner hair. Also at different lengths you might want to switch it up. We will soon have different combs and brushes available in our inventory that will provide a great deal of help maintaining a nicely groomed beard.
